What to do if you need to cancel your event and issue refunds in bulk

Right now, refunds can only be issued individually within the user interface (UI). 

We’re currently working on a new feature to make it easy for event organisers to refund all tickets in one go, but in the meantime this is something our engineers can do on your behalf. 

Email support@tito.io and let us know which event you need to cancel, and we’ll be happy to help you with this.
