How to use an external invoice platform with Tito

This requires our beta Invoicing feature. Contact us to request access.

In order to allow attendees to pay by invoice, you'll first need to have that feature enabled on your account.

Once that's active, you can use your own invoice system with Tito.

In order to send your invoices from a separate system, you’ll want to follow these steps to disable Tito’s automatic invoices:

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Navigate to Invoicing

  3. Scroll down to Pay by Invoice

  4. Uncheck the box labelled Issue/send invoice to customers:

5. Click Save

Now you can issue your invoices separately, using your own system.
