Tito is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all users, and our checkout and dashboard are compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What this means

WCAG 2.1 Level AA is a widely recognised standard for web accessibility. In accordance with the guidelines, we have built our dashboard and checkout with the following principles in mind:

  • Perceivability – All users, including disabled users or those with specific access needs, can access and interpret the content.

  • Operability – Users can navigate using a keyboard, screen reader, or other assistive technologies.

  • Understandability – Information and instructions are clear and easy to follow.

  • Robustness – The checkout and dashboard work reliably across different devices and assistive tools.

Our commitment

While our checkout and dashboard meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, you won’t find an official badge on our website.

There is currently no official certification or badge issued by the W3C (the organisation behind the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). Compliance with WCAG is typically self-assessed or verified through third-party audits, and accessibility is not a one-time achievement.

Tito has an ongoing commitment to:

  • Continuously test and improve the user experience

  • Follow best practices for inclusive design

  • Welcome feedback from users to help us address evolving access needs

If you spot any accessibility issues, please let us know by messaging support@tito.io.
