Support access lets our team securely log in to your account to help troubleshoot issues. We only access your account when you've asked for help, and you can turn it off at any time.
What we can and can't access
When enabled, our team can log in to your account, view and manage your events, reproduce issues, and make changes on your behalf.
Support access does not give us access to payment details, your password, or any credentials stored outside of Tito.
How to toggle support access
You can toggle support access by — clicking the profile dropdown at the top right of your dashboard, then click on the Support access dropdown item.
You can then toggle on or off support access.
Once disabled, our team will immediately lose access. If you have an open support request, let us know before disabling so we can wrap up first.
