If you've received a reminder email from the organiser of an event you're attending, asking you to assign or complete your ticket, here's what to do.
At the bottom of the email you'll see a list of your ticket(s).
Click on the View ticket link, and this will open up your ticket in a new tab. There will be an instruction at the top of the page in a yellow box:
If you have not yet said who this ticket is for, you will see a message saying: "Please assign this ticket"
If you have already assigned this ticket but not filled in all the information, you will see a message saying: "Please complete this ticket"

In either case, click on the message in the yellow box, and the correct form will open so that you can assign or complete your ticket. Remember to save when you're finished.
