How to manage Orders within Tito

Choose Orders  in the sidebar to see all orders for your event. An order can be for one ticket or more than one ticket. You can view the details of an individual order by clicking on the order name.

Order summary

If you click on an individual order, you'll be able to see a summary of the order. This shows who placed the order, what date and time it was placed, which tickets were ordered, how much was paid, the payment method used, the billing details, whether a discount code was used for the order, and the order status.

Search for an order

You can search by name, email and/or order reference. Click on the search bar under the Orders heading. You can also filter by order status.

Edit an order

Click on Edit  at the top of the order summary to change basic details about the order and update the receipt details.

Re-send the confirmation email

A confirmation email is sent automatically when someone registers for an event. To re-send the confirmation email, click on the Actions  menu in the top-right and select Resend Confirmation Email . You can review the contents of the email, then press Send  to send the email.

View and print the order invoice

Click on the Actions  menu in the top-right, and then on View customer invoice  to open the invoice as a PDF in a new tab. From there you can click the printer icon to print it, and the download icon to save it to your computer.

Refund or cancel an order

Click on the Actions  menu in the top-right, and then on Refund this order . You'll be prompted to say whether you wish to issue a full or partial refund. You can also select Cancel this order  to void the tickets without issuing a refund. In both cases, follow the instructions on-screen to proceed.
