There are a few instances where you might want to disable the QR code and PDF ticket:

  • If the Ticket type doesn’t include admission to anything, and is just a reference of a purchase, like a t-shirt or sponsorship

  • If the Ticket is for an online event and so won't need to be printed or scanned

  • If you want to issue e-tickets separately or in another system

To disable these, open up your Ticket type, click Edit and scroll down to the block titled Include PDF & Apple Wallet with tickets and then click on Disable.

The Include PDF & Apple Wallet with tickets section in Tito. PDF/Apple Wallet is disabled. There is a button to Enable it.

This will prevent the QR code from being displayed on the ticket, and the PDF ticket from being issued.
