Our Data Protection feature enabled you to add a required checkbox to the checkout form, so that people must indicate that they agree to your privacy policy when they register a ticket. It looks like this:

Additionally, we have a Terms & Conditions feature which adds an entire step before checkout, where users will be required to agree before they can progress to the ticket purchase stage. It looks like this:

Contact us to enable the feature, and once we do, you will find it in the sidebar menu under Terms & Conditions.

Create a termset, give it a name, add your contents, and be sure to attach it to the relevant tickets, and finally save.
