What to do if you have a failed ticket registration.

Payments for events on Tito are handled by a third-party payment processor (either Stripe or PayPal). If your attempt to register for an event fails, here's what you can do:

  • Try in a different browser: Certain browser extensions can block the bank's authentication window from opening, resulting in a failed transaction. Try in an incognito (private browsing) window, or in another browser to see if that resolves the issue.

  • Try a different payment method: Banks sometimes block transactions for unknown reasons, even when there are sufficient funds in your account. If you have another payment card available, you may wish to try using this instead.

  • Contact the event organiser: On the event homepage or the event website, there should be an email address for the organiser. They will be able to check the payment processor dashboard and see more details about the reason for the failure or decline. If you cannot find their contact details, please email support@tito.io and we will help you reach them.
