You can update attendee information in bulk by uploading a CSV file. This is useful if you need to correct names, emails, or other details for multiple attendees at once.
From the Attendees page in your event dashboard, click the settings gear and select Update.
Download the provided CSV template.
Fill in the template with the updated details for your attendees. Make sure to include each attendee’s unique ticket reference, which ensures Tito applies your updates to the correct person.
Upload your completed CSV file and click Import.
Your updated information will replace the existing attendee data in Tito.
