How to control what kind of emails you receive from Tito

You can manage emails across all your events on Tito at once. Head to https://id.tito.io/profile while logged in to your Tito account, and you can toggle emails on and off for when:

  • someone places an order

  • a ticket sells out

  • a ticket is assigned or reassigned

  • a ticket is completed or changed

  • someone joins a waiting list

To manage notification settings for an individual event, open it and head to Settings  and then Notifications to manage your email notifications for that specific event.
