All automated emails sent to attendees come from support@tito.io. It's not possible to send them from your own domain, but all replies will be sent to the email address you specify under Settings > Basics.
If you prefer, you can disable Tito's automated emails altogether under Settings > Email > Tito notification emails. You can then use our Admin API to automate sending your own emails from your email client.
