What to do if you're logged in but can't see any events

If you've been invited to a Tito account but you can't see any events when you log in, you may not have been granted access. Here's what to do:

  • Contact the person who invited you (or an Admin on the account)

  • Ask them to head to Account Settings > Teams and click on the relevant team

  • Ask them to click on Edit team and make sure that the relevant events are all checked β€” save any changes if needed
