Free tickets
If you have registered a free ticket for an event, and if the organiser allows it, you can open your ticket link and cancel from there. Your ticket link can be found in your confirmation email or via our Lookup Tool. Click on Cancel this ticket to cancel:
If this option does not show, it means the event organiser has not selected the option to allow cancellations.
Paid tickets
To request a refund for a ticket, you will need to contact the event organiser. Their email address can be found in your confirmation email and on the event page where you registered, or you can email support@tito.io with the event name and we can find their details for you.
Please note that some organisers do not issue refunds on tickets, though you may be able to transfer your ticket to someone else. Learn how to do that here.
