Tito's fee is charged as a percentage of your ticket price. See the pricing section on our site for more information. If your tickets are free, there is no cost to use Tito.
Tito Invoices are sent once per month, usually on the 1st of the month, with the total fees incurred the previous month. If you're logged in to Tito, you can head to https://billing.tito.io/ to see a list of all invoices, with links next to each to download the PDF and see all linked payments.
All fees are currently charged in EUR, with the exchange rate updated daily from https://openexchangerates.org.
Tito works with several different payment gateways including Stripe and PayPal. They charge a separate payment processing fee (more details here).
Fees for events using only Stripe
If you use Stripe to collect payments, the Tito fee is deducted automatically from the transaction as part of the fee that Stripe collects. Your payment card will not be charged for any fees collected for payments using Stripe.
Other payment providers
For PayPal and other payment providers, the fee is calculated based on the exchange rate of the day, and charged to your payment card when the invoice is generated.
If you use both Stripe and another payment option, a charge will appear on your card for the balance of the total fees owed to Tito, less the amount already collected via Stripe.
If you're also using our beta pay by invoice feature, any transactions paid via invoice will not be automatically collected via Stripe. Instead, any applicable fees will be billed to the card attached to your Tito account.
Adding information to your bill
If you need to add particular information to your bill, you can do so by logging in at https://billing.tito.io/. This will open up the Tito Billing dashboard and from here you'll be able to update your billing information to provide a billing name, a billing email address, postal address and any additional info you may need on your invoice.
Specifying a billing email address
If you specify a billing email address, only that email address will receive invoice notifications each month. You can add more than one email address.
