How to control what kind of emails you receive from Tito

You can manage emails across all your events on Tito at once. Head to while logged in to your Tito account, and you can toggle emails on and off for when:

  • someone places an order

  • a ticket sells out

  • a ticket is assigned or reassigned

  • a ticket is completed or changed

  • someone joins a waiting list

To manage notification settings for an individual event, open it and head to Settings  and then Notifications to manage your email notifications for that specific event.
