How to control what kind of emails you receive from Tito

Head to while logged in to your Tito account, and you can toggle emails on and off for when:

  • someone places an order

  • a ticket sells out

  • a ticket is assigned or reassigned

  • a ticket is completed or changed

Under your individual events, you can head to Settings  and then Notifications to manage your email notifications for that specific event.
