Head to https://id.tito.io/profile while logged in to your Tito account, and you can toggle emails on and off for when:
someone places an order
a ticket sells out
a ticket is assigned or reassigned
a ticket is completed or changed
Under your individual events, you can head to Settings
and then Notifications
to manage your email notifications for that specific event.
