Head to https://id.tito.io/profile while logged in to your Tito account, and you can toggle emails on and off for when:
- someone places an order
- a ticket sells out
- a ticket is assigned or reassigned
- a ticket is completed or changed
Under your individual events, you can head to
Settings and then
Notifications to manage your email notifications for that specific event.
