You can use our Activities feature to set a limit for your overall event.

Create an Activity, set it to hidden, and name it something like "Event Capacity". Then give it a capacity, then attach it to all qualifying ticket types. Tito will keep count of how many tickets are sold, and when the Activity capacity has been reached, all attached tickets will come off sale automatically.
