To change which event someone is attending, you will need to export your attendee(s) from the first event and then import them into the new event. The export and import sheets have slightly different formats, so it's best to download the sample template and transfer data in before performing the import.
This will issue the attendee with a brand new ticket with a different reference number. You can use our Messages feature to send out emails from your new event, with the ticket automatically attached.
