If you unfortunately need to cancel your event, here's a checklist of actions you may wish to take:
Prevent further bookings
Make registration unavailable by pausing, making secret, or setting an expiry date on all tickets. You may also wish to edit the event description to make it clear that the event has been cancelled.
Issue refunds
Follow instructions here to cancel and refund tickets. If you need help processing multiple refunds in bulk, please email support@tito.io with details of your event.

Notify ticketholders
Notifications for cancellations and refunds are not sent automatically, but you can use Tito's Messages feature to notify attendees.
