Under Settings > Emails, you can customise which Tito notification emails are sent.
Check the Unpaid invoice reminder email checbox to send an automated reminder email to people who have not paid their invoice within 7 days, and a further reminder email 7 days before your event if they have still not paid.
Please note that attendees who book less than 14 days before your event starts will only receive one reminder email, and attendees who book less than 7 days before your event starts will not receive any reminder emails.
