What to do when records aren't showing in Tito

First off, check whether you have test data switched on or not. With test data switched on you will only see orders and tickets that have been registered as test transactions.

If test data is off and you still can't find what you're looking for, check that you don't have a filter applied that's excluding the records you want. In the search bar click on the Filter dropdown and check the right boxes are checked.

💡Pro-tip: If you're looking for attendees whose registrations you've previously cancelled, you need to adjust the filter to include Status  > Void  — this will be unchecked by default.
