First off, check that you're not in Test Mode. In Test Mode, when you view
Attendees, you will only see orders and tickets that have been registered as test transactions.
If you're not in Test Mode and you still can't find what you're looking for, check that you don't have a filter applied that's excluding the records you want. In the search bar click on the
Filter dropdown and check the right boxes are checked.
💡Pro-tip: If you're looking for attendees whose registrations you've previously cancelled, you need to adjust the filter to include
Void — this will be unchecked by default.
