You can add a required phone number at order level by heading to Settings > Payment / Register form and checking the select box to optionally show this field. The phone number will only be collected for the person who puts through the order, and is a required field. To capture phone number for all attendees and/or to make it optional, use the method below instead.

To collect phone number for every attendee (or if you wish to make this field optional), you should instead create a custom question and attach it to tickets.
