How Tito works with calendar apps including Outlook, Google Calendar and more

If you set a date (and optional times) for your event, Tito will generate an ICS file.

This file can be downloaded by clicking on the date on your event homepage, but it will also be included automatically in the ticket email sent to attendees.

The ICS file can be downloaded for importing into their calendar app of choice. Where available, e.g. with Gmail and Google Calendar, the invite will be added to their calendar automatically without the user needing to do anything.

And without the attendee needing to click anything, here's how it looks in their calendar:

The ICS file will also include the dates and times of any activities attached to the ticket, and will show as having been created by the event organiser.
