What happens when attendees unsubscribe from messages?

How mailing preferences work in Tito.

Custom messages sent by event organisers using Tito's Messages feature contain an unsubscribe link. If a recipient clicks unsubscribe from within one of your messages, they will no longer receive custom messages for any event belonging to your account, including any reminder emails you send.

Ticketholders will continue to receive Tito's automated emails for that event and any future ones they register for. Tito's transactional emails do not contain an unsubscribe link.

Under your Account Settings, you can perform an export of Unsubscribed emails, in case you need to update mailing preferences in any third-party mailing software.
